Helpful information for the helpers

STEP 1: Application

The process starts with filling our application form to register with us. After the application has been filled, we request you to visit our office for a face-to-face interview with our staff to understand your requirements and interests.

STEP 2: Employer Matching

After filing up application and interview, we will understand what type of job suits you. We will match your requirement with the best prospective employer. We will get in touch with you to schedule an interview at a time mutually agreed between you and your prospective employer. We will contact you via text message or over the phone.

STEP 3: Interview

We arrange interviews for candidates in line with the employer interest. The meeting will be a one on one friendly meeting. If the candidate is abroad, we can do this via a video conference. This is an important part of the process. It allows the candidates and the employer understand each other. At the same time candidate gets to know more about the requirements of the job.

STEP 4: Processing

After the interview, if the candidate is successful in getting an offer a job, we will help you in processing the necessary paperwork. Congratulations!
